Camping Arrive: 2 p.m – 8 p.m. Depart by: 12 p.m.
Bell Tent Arrive: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. Depart by: 12 p.m.
Self check-in
Please sign in at reception with your details. If you have booked an electric hook up your name will be on a board with the corresponding number of power unit. If you have booked a standard pitch, these are unallocated but please make sure you leave at least 6 meters between yourself and the next campers. Please note that check-in is unmanned but we are normally around and can always be contacted on the mobile number provided.
cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
No refunds within 1 week of arrival date. Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival. If you book via Pitch Up they will keep the 15% non refundable deposit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
Please note that your deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred during Covid.
If you need to cancel before 7 days of arrival due to Covid we will reschedule your booking for another time this year or the next.
If we have to cancel your stay for any reason we will refund in full and give as much notice as possible.
Things to know
We can accept cash and cards as payment.
No unaccompanied under 18s. No large single sex groups. Please keep noise down after 10.30pm and turn off amplified music.
All children must be supervised as there are various ponds and streams bordering the camping areas. Hammocks and play equipment are used at campers own risk.
We do not have wifi but there is 4G phone reception around the site. You can plug in your devices in reception but all valuables are left at owners risk.
Sorry no dogs/pets as we have sheep for neighbours.
Check out time is 12pm.
